High and Low Wall bases differ. Consult your dealer to assure you buy the correct base for your rifle. 

IMPORTANT: When torquing the screws to attach your 1885 scope base to your rifle it is recommended that you use a quality torque wrench and torque the screws to 25 inch/pounds.
