The entire Super X3 NWTF Extreme Turkey is covered in Mossy Oak® Break-Up® Infinity® camo over weather-resistant composite stock. On top of the camo is a protective coating of Dura-Touch® Armor Coating to keep your hands from slipping, even with gloves on. The stock is further enhanced with fine-tuning options to match your shoulder length, neck length and arm length. The composite shims included with each turkey gun fit between the stock and receiver, to adjust stock drop and cast over a 1/4" range. It is said that you never feel recoil when you pull the trigger on exciting game like a wild turkey, just in case, the Extreme Turkey comes with an Inflex Technology Recoil Pad, an ultra soft pad for absorbing the shock from heavy turkey loads. Quadra-Vent Forward Ducting System facilitates the venting of excess gases forward and away from you. It's a special advantage when shooting heavy 12 gauge, 3 1/2" magnum loads, when the Active Valve gas system regulates bolt speed by venting off additional gases through the piston. This means more comfort when shooting, less chance to flinch, making it easier to focus on the hunt.

Today, many autoloading shotguns utilize the gases created when a shotshell is fired to cycle the action, eject the spent shell and chamber a fresh shell. It is extremely important that this system be timed and adjusted perfectly. We call it the Active Valve System. It self-adjusts, allocating the exact gas pressure necessary to fire a wide range of loads, whether it be light, 1 1/8 oz. field loads to heavy 3 1/2" magnum loads. Most competitors' shotguns have trouble because their systems are not engineered to regulate different loads, or their ports and pistons are just not the right size. The renowned Invector-Plus Choke System controls what comes down the tube. You've got to have the right choke constriction to manage the pellets of the load. The Invector-Plus choke system has many constrictions to choose from. You'll want to have a very tight tube for turkeys.
