Any entries deemed inappropriate by Winchester Repeating Arms, at its sole discretion, will be rejected. No rejection notification will be sent. Submissions not conforming to the technical specifications listed on the website will not be considered. Winchester reserves the right to alter submissions prior to posting on its website to conform to Winchester Repeating Arms' standards.
By checking the box below, User irrevocably grants Winchester Repeating Arms full rights to publish, copy, display and distribute all materials submitted by User (“Submissions”), for public display on the Internet. User further irrevocably grants Winchester Repeating Arms the right to edit or otherwise make derivative works from any and all Submissions. User further irrevocably grants Winchester all rights to use any images of persons or property, as well as any names incorporated in any Submissions, whether arising in copyright or otherwise, and agrees to indemnify and hold Winchester Repeating Arms harmless from any claims arising from Winchester Repeating Arms' use of the Submissions. User represents that User is the rightful owner of the Submission and/or is entitled to convey the rights grant in this agreement. User represents that all Federal, State and Local laws have been adhered to while participating in the activities portrayed by the Submission. User agrees that Winchester is not obligated to use any of the Submissions and agrees that the rights and promises granted in this release are in consideration of Winchester Repeating Arms' review of, acceptance, and any use Winchester Repeating Arms may, in its sole discretion, choose to make of the Submissions. User agrees that any disputes arising out of User’s submission of Submissions through this website shall be venued in a court of appropriate jurisdiction in Salt Lake County, Utah and governed by the laws of the State of Utah without reference to any conflict of laws provision.
