Like its big brother the 1885 High Wall, the Model 1885 Low Wall has an outstanding reputation for accuracy among those who favor one exacting shot. Today it’s chambered in the fantastically accurate 17 Mach 2™, a 22 Long Rifle cartridge necked down to 17 caliber that speeds along up to 2,100 f.p.s. Lowering the lever after firing extracts the spent case, while a convenient ejector/selector switch allows you to either hold it captive for removal or eject it in any direction, making it a perfect solution for both left- and right-hand shooters. The gorgeous case-colored receiver, buttplate and lever, along with fine-line checkering help give this gem the classic looks to match its hot ballistics. The 1885 Low Wall has adjustable open sights and is drilled and tapped for scope mounts. (Note: The items listed on this page are not in current production.
