Turkey hunting requires you to be quick — Speed Pump™ quick — which makes the Model 1300 Short Turkey the ideal gun. A highly maneuverable 18" barrel is a benefit when moving through thick brush and the adjustable TRUGLO® fiber optic sights provide excellent low light performance. Or, if you prefer, the receiver is drilled and tapped for mounting a scope or red dot-type sight. The high-density Extra Long, Extra Full Extended Turkey tube is included and yields extremely tight patterns. Mossy Oak® New Break-Up® or new Mossy Oak® Obsession™ camo keeps you hidden from wary eyes. The rugged composite stock is finished with a National Wild Turkey Federation medallion on the grip cap. Model 1300 Notes: 1. All Non-Defender Model 1300's have a total shot shell capacity of 5 including one in the chamber. Defender Models have a Total Shot Shell Capacity of 8 & 7 in the Costal Marine, subtract one for 3 inch shells in all Defender Models. 2. All WinChoke® equipped guns are supplied with a wrench for removing and installing choke tubes. 3.
